Please open the label setup dialog box by clicking the Setup button on the top toolbar.

While entering your registration code, please check the following:
1. Make sure that you are not treating tracking id or order id as the registration code. 
2. Enter the registration code exactly as it appears. It is advisable to copy and paste from your email. 

If you have a systems crash, you can reinstall it and apply the same registration code given to you. If you have already saved a copy of the setup file, just install it from there or go to our products page and download it. After the installation apply the registration code. If you have lost your registration code, please go to Contact page to submit your request. You must enter the email address you used while buying the product, and tell us which product you purchased. We will verify your information with our records and resend the registration code to you.

Accept payments through Visa, Mastercard®, American Express®, Discover®, PayPal™, check, money order, and purchase order. Payments are accepted in five major currencies in addition to the US Dollar. 

Go to our purchase page, click on the 'Buy Now' button corresponding to the product you wish to purchase. Fill out all personal information fields in the order form. Please make sure that e-mail address you type is correct, because all important information regarding your order, your receipt, and your registration code will be sent to this e-mail address. 

Once your order has been processed successfully, we will send you an email immediately with your registration number. This may take from a few minutes to an hour in most cases. Follow the instructions in your email to convert your product to a full version.

If you have ordered a CD-ROM in your purchase:
If you have ordered a CD-ROM in your purchase, please expect to receive it within 2 weeks. But you still can convert your software to full version using the registration code you will receive in your email. 

We offer multiple license purchase discounts all the time. You can see the details in the order page. In addition to that, we offer discounts time to time. If a discount is offered at any time, we put that information in our website. 

We process all orders via Fastspring.com!. Your credit statement will show a charge from "FS* fsprg.com".

Absolutely! Products in a CD-ROM is optional for some extra charge. You can select "Yes" to CD-ROM option in the order form, and we will send the CD within a few day's time. You still can convert your downloaded copy to full version using the registration code. If you have NOT opted for CD-Delivery option, you will NOT receive any boxed product for the purchase. In that case it will be a download-only purchase.

If you have opted for CD-Delivery, we will send the CD within a week's time, so please expect to receive it within 2 weeks.
